On August 11, the 2025 Hanshi Lighting National Core Distributors Empowerment Conference, themed “Self-Drive and Co-Creation | Strategic Upgrade and Empowerment”, kicked off in Pengjiang District, Jiangmen, Guangdong.
This was Hanshi Lighting’s first large-scale training conference for core distributors. More than one hundred agents from across the country responded enthusiastically, which not only reaffirmed their recognition of Hanshi Lighting’s brand value, but also reflected the urgent need of distributors to break through and find new growth amid current industry volatility.

“Seven-Dimensional Restructuring Strategy” Officially Released
At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Liu Jinsheng, head of Hanshi Lighting, pointed out in his speech: “The current perception that ‘business is hard to do’ is only a surface phenomenon. At its core, the industry is undergoing a fundamental restructuring of business models and consumer behavior.”

Based on this judgment, Hanshi Lighting hosted this conference with the guiding philosophy of “Innovation, Cooperation, Communication and Win-win”.
The goal is to help distributors break through the traditional lighting channel bottleneck, truly empowering partners and achieving “co-existence and win-win” with them.
Through examples from day-to-day operations and interactive Q&A sessions, Mr. Liu and the distributors held in-depth discussions on how manufacturers and channels can find new growth paths in the era of e-commerce.
At the same time, Hanshi Lighting officially released its “Seven-Dimensional Restructuring Strategy”, restructuring the business across seven key dimensions from product direction to strategic orientation.
The strategy includes developing home and healthy-lighting product lines that closely follow market trends; exploring OEM as a new engine of growth; cultivating “lighting therapists” to enhance service value; and implementing a practical empowerment strategy for traditional wholesale channels to build differentiated competitive barriers for distributors.
“When the information-gap dividend disappears, only stores that can effectively capture trends and expand in multiple directions will survive and thrive,” Liu emphasized.
“In this era of stock competition, you either become a ‘hospital of light’ or a ‘convenience store of light’.”

Douyin Practical Training Opens a New Chapter of Co-Growth and Win-Win
In the face of fierce competition from online platforms, Hanshi Lighting specially set up a session on “Practical Empowerment for Traditional Lighting Wholesale Channels”, inviting an experienced Douyin (TikTok China) practitioner to provide in-depth training for core distributors nationwide.
Throughout the full-day training, the on-site atmosphere gradually heated up as practical demonstrations went deeper, forming a positive learning loop of “teaching – questions – optimization”.
The workshop not only injected new momentum into partners’ online marketing efforts, but also highlighted Hanshi Lighting’s forward-looking planning in digital transformation.
Since Hanshi Lighting launched its channel network in 2014, it has gradually built a highly refined grid-based distribution system over the past decade.
Distributors gathered from all over the country for this conference, fully demonstrating the high-stickiness ecosystem jointly built by the brand and its partners.
Against the backdrop of mounting market pressure, this conference stands as a vivid example of how manufacturers and distributors can put “strategic consensus – joint investment of resources – shared benefits” into practice.

After the conference, to thank core distributors for traveling long distances to attend, Hanshi Lighting hosted a special appreciation banquet.
Company leaders including Mr. Zou Beisheng and Mr. Liu Jinsheng, together with the senior management team, raised a toast to all partners.
A spectacular light show and wonderful performances set the scene buzzing with excitement.
Amid the laughter and cheers of the evening banquet, this empowerment-themed event came to a successful conclusion.
Unlike traditional conferences that focus only on “concept sharing”, Hanshi Lighting immediately launched a follow-up practical empowerment plan after the event.
The conference not only injected new digital-transformation momentum into its distributors, but also underscored the brand’s determination to drive co-growth with partners through strategic upgrades.
